These are finished-garment measurements in inches, not body chest circumference. Lay a similar oversized T-shirt flat without stretching it. Measure half-chest width straight across from armpit to armpit, length from the highest shoulder point to the hem, shoulder from seam to seam, and sleeve from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
