1. What types of products do you offer?
We primarily offer t-shirts, but you can also find various other products available on our website.
2. Do you offer customization options for your products?
No, we do not offer customization options. All products are sold as displayed on our website.
3. How long does it take to process an order before it is shipped?
Order processing time is managed by Printify. Customers will be notified by Printify via email as soon as their order is confirmed and shipped. Note: Some products marked as “Coming Soon” are not available for purchase until licensing is finalized.
4. What shipping methods do you use?
All shipping is managed by Printify. They offer Economy and Standard shipping options. Economy shipping is available in the United States with a delivery time of 4-8 business days. Standard shipping is available worldwide, with local delivery in 2-5 business days and international delivery in 10-30 business days..
5. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by Printify's predefined shipping rates. You can find detailed shipping rates on the [Printify Shipping Rates page](https://printify.com/shipping-rates/).
6. What is your return and refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for "non-defective" products. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or free replacement. Printify does not accept returns of "non-defective" products. While this policy may not be ideal, our hands are tied. However, we appreciate your feedback via email about what part of the product did not meet your expectations, and we might be able to do something about it, such as offering a discount coupon. Returned items are only eligible for refund or replacement in cases of damage or defects. If a product is currently unavailable (i.e. “Coming Soon”), it cannot be ordered.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
8. Do you provide tracking information for orders?
Yes, once the order is shipped, tracking information will automatically sync with Shopify. You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping through Printify.
10. How can customers contact you?
You can contact us via email at support@texttease.net. If your issue is not resolved through email, we can provide a phone number for direct correspondence to ensure your problem is resolved at all costs.
11. Are these designs official by the band or label?
All merch available for sale is published with the explicit approval of the artist or rights holder. While we independently create original, tribute-style designs, we do not sell any band-related product without permission.
If you see “Coming Soon,” it means we’re in the process of securing that approval. Text Tease is committed to artist-first ethics and full transparency in everything we do.
Q12. Are your designs AI-generated?
Yes. All our designs are created using AI tools and refined by our team to ensure originality and creative depth. For band merchandise, nothing goes live without the artist’s approval — and products marked Coming Soon are awaiting that permission.
AI-generated artwork is legal to use for commercial purposes under current global copyright laws, as long as it doesn’t copy or replicate copyrighted material. Our work is 100% original and does not reference any existing band imagery or protected content.
